Our support does not extend to making changes to the design or layout of the theme, integrating or troubleshooting custom changes, or problems arising from the integration of 3rd party apps.

For problems arising from the integration of a 3rd party app, we'd recommend reaching out directly to the app development team. The team that made the app have access to parts of the app we don't, and will have experience of integrating it with third party themes.

Can I edit the theme code prior to purchase?

I'm afraid the code can't be edited until purchased. For compatability with specific apps, please reach out to the app developer.

Does WeTheme do custom development?

We don't do custom changes here at WeTheme, but can highly recommend the vetted experts in the Shopify Experts Directory.

Where can I find out more about the new Product Media update?

All of our themes have now been updated to work with the Product Media update. You will need to update to the latest version, and can find more details on the Shopify Help Site about how to use it.
