With all theme purchases, we're here to support bug fixes and any/all questions involving theme specific settings, including how to get the most out of your theme.
Our support does not extend to making changes to the design or layout of the theme, integrating or troubleshooting custom changes, or problems arising from the integration of 3rd party apps.
For problems arising from the integration of a 3rd party app, we'd recommend reaching out directly to the app development team. The team that made the app have access to parts of the app we don't, and will have experience of integrating it with third party themes.
